Payment Terms

You can pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card or cash. I have a 48 hour cancellation policy after which you will be fully liable for the full amount if you give no notice. I am running a small business and even though I appreciate that cancellations cannot be avoided, late cancellations make it very difficult for me to rebook other clients.

My Service to you

I will reply to emails and enquiries within two business days. I will let you know when I am going to be away and out of contact if I am away for a long period of time.

Complaints

If you have a problem with any aspect of the service you have received, please email me in the first instance. You can take a problem further by contacting my registering bodies, the ANP, or FHT who will be able to help.
