My Story

I have always been interested in healing and wellness modalities having been immersed in it from a young age. It took me a while to finally make the career change, but after a few years working in the events and charity sector; ill health propelled me back towards my soul purpose and I began firstly in the beauty and holistic therapy industry. I have trained in numerous modalities starting first in beauty completing my CIBTAC and CIDESCO diplomas and continued holistic training with full qualifications in; Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage and more. This provided a natural progression for me to embark on a 4 year long diploma in Acupuncture and Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, The UK’s leading training provider in Natural Therapies. Most recently, I became a Holy Fire Reiki Master which enhances my practice and my treatments.

My focus remains on working in an integrative way, bringing together all the worlds of knowledge I have obtained over the years focusing on helping people with wellness of mind, body and soul. I am particularly interested in how events in our past manifest later on in life and love getting to the root cause of the problem, especially emotional manifestations. My own health journey has inspired me to help others but also allowed me to fully empathise and understand the struggles that many have on a daily basis.

There is of course no perfect state of health, but prevention is better than cure and my mission is to help people become the healers they seek in today’s world and empower them.

I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA), the General Naturopathic Council (GNC) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I also support acupuncture students as an academic tutor at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
