  • Pregnancy massage is a wonderful treatment that can support both you and baby. Apart from being relaxing, massage can help support you in a time where your body is going through a lot of change.

The main benefits include: stimulating the digestive system, improving overall circulation in the body and thereby supporting you and baby and relieving muscle tension.

  • Massage can start any time after your 12 week scan as long as you are in good health and not having any problems.

  • Pregnancy massage is very similar to regular massage except that you will be lying on one side and bolstered by lots of pillows to support you and your growing baby bump! I will turn you onto the other side half way through.

You will be fully covered at all times by towels and blankets with only the area that is treated exposed at any one time.

I will only work within your comfort levels and will adapt to suit your needs.
